Position Snap Shot - Market leader in Melbourne, with an outstanding network. Responsibilities will include maintaining current relationships and growing the business' property portfolio. You will also be required to complete appraisals and work closely with the sales/ property management department.
Saturdays - 1 in 3
Requirements - Must have BDM experience, excellent customer service skills, Agents Representative Certificate and a reliable car.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Location - Inner North
Position Snap Shot - Be a part of an established business and team. With a portfolio size of approx.170 properties you get to run it end to end. There is ample team support and a great Directors to help you along the way.
Saturdays - 1 in 3
Requirements - Good attitude, Agent Representative Certificate, minimum of 2 years' experience and a reliable car.
JUNIOR SALES CONSULTANT
Location – Inner East/ CBD
Position Snap Shot – List and sell apartments. Build new and existing relationships with property owners, learn how to negotiate, conduct inspections and database management, administration and co-ordinate marketing material.
Saturdays – Every Saturday
Requirements – Sales experience, Agent Representative Certificate, excellent face to face customer service skills and a reliable car.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Location - CBD/ Inner Suburbs
Position - Be a part of a leading brand and a vibrant team. Approx. 160 properties in the portfolio, leasing and administration assistance plus a fantastic department head!
Saturdays - 1 in 13
Requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills, min 2 years experience and a reliable car.
